Creators

• Username (may consist of displayed name, nickname, or first and last name)

• Data generated by the User during a customer support request

Participants

This information is used for logging in, creating an account, joining an event, contacting customer support, and checking participation in events and polls.

The Service collects the following information when the creator and participants use the Service:

• User-generated content (events data, polls data, poll responses, instant messages).
• Product interaction data (audience sentiment values, events activity indicators, numbers of participants, engaging rates, sentiment rates).
• User photos from the device Photo Library(only selected to use in the polls).
• Purchases data (a user account's billing information, premium subscription status, and expiration date).
• Diagnostics data (crashes and performance info).
• Device properties data (operation system type, screen size).

The Service is committed to protecting your privacy. The Service does not use technologies that can track your activities outside the Service.

• Automatically through the Service. Utilizing technologies like log of live statistics (for sentiment sensor values, number of online participants at the same time, and current event status), we collect certain information automatically as part of your interaction with the Service.
• Automatically through third-party vendors(i.e. application vendor tools: Google Analytics, Apple App Analytics, etc.). It utilizes technologies that gather application statistics, crash, and performance analytics.

It is important to note that all log and statistics information collected from participants is anonymous and only associated with a specific creator’s user account and event. All poll responses and sentiment sensor values are treated with the utmost confidentiality and remain entirely anonymous. Quick instant messages, necessary for effective communication, are the only elements associated directly with participants. This measure is implemented to uphold User Generated Content moderation, ensuring a secure and private experience for all users. This approach ensures a secure and confidential user experience while providing creators with the necessary tools to enhance their engagement with the Service.

The Purposes of Processing

The Service processes personal information for the following purposes:

• Service Provision: To provide, maintain, and improve the Service, ensuring a seamless and enhanced user experience for both Creators and Participants.
• Communication: To communicate with users, including responding to inquiries, providing support, and sending relevant notifications about the Service.
• Security: To ensure the security of the Service, including the prevention of fraud, unauthorized access, and other potential misuse.
• Analytics: To analyze usage patterns, trends, and preferences, facilitating the enhancement of the Service's features and overall performance.

• If you use an email/password option, make sure to use strong passwords.
• Be careful about what information you share online.

Content Privacy

The content on the Service is generated by users and is not operated by the Service. We do not have control over the content that is posted on the app, and we cannot guarantee the accuracy or quality of the content.

If you see any content that you believe is abusive, inaccurate, or violates our terms of service, please report it to us by clicking the "Report Abuse" or "Report Offensive Content" button. Your report will be promptly forwarded to the event creator for immediate moderation and to our support team for thorough review. We commit to evaluating the reported content and taking appropriate action within 24 hours.

All users can delete or clean up their accounts and all associated content at any time within the app on the "Profile" setting screen, app store page(if the store allows the option), or by contacting us at support@eventpoll.app.

Content Moderation Policy

Our platform is the best tool for collaboration during events, featuring user-generated content like polls, open-ended responses, and quick messages. We encourage users to engage and contribute to the dynamic environment. However, to ensure the ongoing integrity and safety of the Service, we have implemented robust moderation practices:

Automatic Pre-Moderation of uploaded Images and sent Messages

• A machine learning model powers our NSFW (not safe for work) image filter, recognizing and filtering prohibited image content based on the TensorFlow model.
• A comprehensive "Profanity Filter" is applied to open-ended polls, poll titles, questions, descriptions, and quick instant messages

Filtering Objectionable Content Tools

• The "Block Participant" option for Quick Messages allows users to block and hide messages from other participants.
• The "Block Poll" option enables users to block and hide a poll card from the participant screen.
• Reporting offensive and abusive content options: Users can report offensive content in Quick Messages through the "Report Offensive Content" option for specific messages. Similarly, for Polls, the "Report Offensive Content" option allows users to report offensive content associated with a poll card.

Moderation Tools for Creators

Creators immediately receive reported alerts from their participants and can promptly react by stopping, hiding, or removing the offensive content, ensuring a secure and positive user experience, including:

• Ban of participants.
• Messages deletion.
• Poll hiding.
• On/Off using the messages option.
• Event stopping.

User Reports and Abusive Content

The Service incorporates a tool for receiving reports from participants about offensive and abusive content.

• Poll content alerts.
• Instant messages content alerts.
• Common Report abusive content option.

Our support team diligently reviews offensive content reports and alerts, ensuring compliance with our Terms of Use. We commit to evaluating reported content and taking appropriate action within 24 hours, including removal or restriction, or deactivating accounts that violate our Terms of Use.
